• Original birth certificate
• Original high school certificate
• Copy of registration fee payment
• Copy of official identification (I.F.E.)
• Copy of C. U. R. P.
• Six black and white, and six color small size photographs. ('Infantil' size)

The photographs must have the following characteristics:

• Be taken in a studio (not instant)
• Matte finish paper
• White background
• For men: forerhead and ears fully visible, short and neat hair, no beard or moustache, no glasses, dark jacket (no checkers or prints), white shirt, and tie in plain colors (no prints)
• For women: Hair pulled back with no bangs, face must be fully visible, no makeup, no earrings or necklaces, plain dark jacket (no checkers or prints), white blouse, sport collar
