2006

Becomes member of the Mexican Association of Faculties and Schools of Medicine A.C. (a non- profit organization)

Becomes member of the Mexican Council for Accreditation of Medical Education (COMAEM)

2007

Receives the Fourth Iberoamerican Award for Educational Excellence, awarded by the Iberoamerican Council in honor of educational quality.

2008

Gets the International Certificate for Educational Excellence in Latin America, awarded by the Iberoamerican Council in honor of educational quality.

Obtains the first SAPIENTIA Price awarded by ODAEE (Organizacao das Americas para a Excelencia Educativa) in Lima, Peru.

2010

ISO 9001 Certification: Reached by the medical school, registered before S.E.P. (Ministry of Education) as Tominaga Nakamoto University.
